Our annual strategic planning for business growth workshop delivers a comprehensive solution for business owners and leaders looking to take their company to the next level. Your team will walk away with a strategic plan that will guide your business towards your desired goals.
We understand that every business is unique, which is why we take an interactive approach to our strategy days, working with you to understand the critical factors that influence the success of your business.
Together we will define your 10-year Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG), a high-level two-to-three-year outline of priorities and a one page, one-year plan that addresses what needs to be done across all functional areas, who in your team is accountable for the agreed activity and by when.
Our 7 Attributes of Agile Growth ™ framework is proven, practical and profitable for business growth, focusing on leadership, strategy, talent, customer, profit, systems and execution – all pivotal aspects for running a successful medium-sized business.

Quarterly review and planning workshop
Each quarter, we reconvene to review the lessons learnt and set priorities for the next quarter. The workshop assesses performance against the One Page Strategic Plan, and allows for gaps to be addressed, barriers removed, and metrics establish that will drive success. Key learnings are shared and embedded into the team.
In each of the quarterly review and planning sessions there will be educational exercises based on the specific needs of the business and senior leadership team and utilising the 7 Attributes of Agile Growth™ tools and resources.
Monthly one on one coaching
Leaders and managers in workplaces are constantly steering through change, influenced by external and internal factors such as market conditions and organisational culture. Their multifaceted role includes strategy, financial management, customer engagement, and team building. To navigate these complex waters, we employ ‘transformational coaching,’ encouraging leaders to explore and challenge their deeply held beliefs and assumptions. This coaching method enables leaders to adapt their responses, facilitating a more positive and effective approach to leadership.
Monthly leadership coaching will ensure the required support is provided in a one-on-one setting, helping train and empower the individual members of the senior leadership to execute their accountabilities and positively contribute to overall business success.
